Jani-Matti “Masa” Korpela is an Education Specialist for Glow Learning and Fida International. He is an elementary teacher and a team  leader who has worked as a class teacher, a head of the school and a team leader in Finland. 

Masa’s passion is to produce high quality education and by that help people find their own highest potential and  meaningful place in the world. He can speak Thai and  deliver the teacher training in Thai language. He can create  a positive learning environment and facilitate both  individuals and teams. 

Masa has created a teacher training program with Finnish  education experts based on Finnish pedagogy. The teacher  training program is an active way to learn Finnish teaching  practices and gives new perspectives to everyday teaching.  He has implemented the program in South-East Asia  context already.
