Teacher Development Training improves teaching skills with Finnish experts, based on recent research in education in Finland. Our Teacher Development Training program is aimed at teachers who are already in a teaching position as well as future teachers.
Our Education Specialists have lived in Thailand for years and are able to provide high-quality training considering the Thai context. Seminars and mentoring sessions can be held in person either in Thai or in English.
We offer three training packages. Please read more below!
Topics
Interactive Seminar
4 hour long seminar for each topic. Includes cooperative learning, group work, interactive discussions and theory.
Mentoring Session
At school or online, 45 min long session after each topic. Max. 4 teachers per group. Reflecting seminar topics, discussions about teaching philosophy and teaching methods with a mentor, possibility to share and have peer support.
Line Group
Participants have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions from Finnish Education Specialists in Line.
Everything from Standard Package Plus:
Our Basic Training package is a shorter training which can be held in one day. This can be customize to your needs and wishes.
The Premium and Standard training packages are longer training programs that cover many important topics to dive deeper in in Finnish educational approach. Each topic includes one interactive seminar and one mentoring session. In between them every participant can take some ideas from seminar to their own class room and try how they work in a real life setting. One topic could take about one month timeframe to complete so that participants have enough time to reflect on the topic in their class room and everyday work.
